We are located in Wisconsin, USA.
2. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. except a few countries, which are embargoed by the USA. The U.S. currently maintains comprehensive sanctions and embargoes against Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, and Syria.
3. Shipping options
Usually we use USPS to ship small lots. Heavy items can be sent by FedEx or UPS.
USPS offers a few options:
USPS First-Class Envelope. The cheapest option for letters. Maximum weight for First-Class Mail letters is 3.5 oz (99 gram).
No customs form is required for international shipping.
No tracking number can be provided for this option and we do not responsible for lost shipments.
USPS Registered Letter. Cheap option for letters. Maximum weight for First-Class Mail letters is 3.5 oz (99 gram).
No customs form is required for international shipping.
Tracking number can be provided for this option, but we do not responsible for lost shipments, because we can’t insure a registered letter. According to USPS rules Registered mail is a service intended for documents, and “For letter-shaped mail, value must be $0.00”. We can refund only shipping cost after receiving “lost” confirmation from USPS.
USPS First-Class Package. This is an option for thick envelopes or small packages. Maximum weight for First-Class Mail envelopes and parcels is 13 oz (365 gram).
Customs form is required for international shipping.
Tracking number is provided by default (customs form number is used as a tracking number for international shipments).
USPS Priority Mail The best option for local and international shipments. Faster, tracked and insured.
If you are not sure what option is best for you, place an order with any shipping option and contact us to discuss it. We will refund you a difference or will recommend to pay more for a better option.
4. Do you charge my local taxes?
No, we are a small volume business and we do not collect your local taxes as eBay does. Only residents of Wisconsin have to pay sales tax.
