Zenkov zemstvo stamps

Zenkovsky Uyezd (Зеньковский уезд) was one of the subdivisions of the Poltava guberniya (governorate) of the Russian Empire. Its capital was Zenkov.
Zenkov zemstvo post office was opened January 1, 1878 year. The postage stamps were issued from 1878 to 1914. The zemstvo mailing service provides private mail delivery for 3 kopeek (6 kopeek for registered packages).
