1905, 26 October. Registered cover from a peasant of Kotelnich uyezd to the Vyatka Regional Court. Franked with Kotelnich Zemstvo 5 kop (Schmidt #18) together with Imperial 7-kop and 10-kop stamps, paying the combined local and state postage. The cover was first carried by the Kotelnich Zemstvo post, then transferred to the Imperial post office in Kotelnich for onward delivery to Vyatka city.
