1896 Novouzensk Zemstvo Cover

A scarce postal history usage from the Novouzensk Zemstvo. The 3 kop blue & red used as additinal franking on 7 kop postal stationery envelope, cancelled by pen stroke and tied by cds ROWNOE 30.7.1896, addressed to Miss Helene Adolphi at the Schuwalow manor near St. Petersburg.

Only 10-12 covers of Novouzensk zemstvo are recorded, making it a key rarity of the Novouzensk district.
